This policy explains how Itinera Viajes, S.L. ("Itinera", "we") handles the personal data you share with us when you ask us to plan a trip or contact us through this website. We act as the data controller for that information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to plan and discuss your travel. That usually means:

• Your name and the contact details you give us, such as email address.
• The travel preferences you describe — destinations, dates, who is travelling, and any requirements you mention.
• Correspondence between you and your planner.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as approximate region and pages viewed.

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to design and adjust your itinerary, to arrange the services within it, and to keep records of the trips we have planned. Where you have asked us to plan travel, our legal basis is the performance of that arrangement; for general enquiries it is our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by your planner and the small team supporting your trip. Where an itinerary requires it, we share the minimum necessary information with the local guides, drivers, and accommodation involved. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact. Where we have planned a trip for you, we retain the related records for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to us at clifford@itinera.guru and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
